About the Position

We have an opportunity for a marketing professional to join our team on a full-time contract in the position of Marketing Specialist. Our vibe is fast paced and dynamic - so no two days are ever the same. But here are some things you can expect to get your hands dirty with:Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.).Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.Plan marketing campaigns (especially the digital elements), including web, SEO/SEM, database targeting, social media and display advertising.Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through different marketing channels (social media, e-mail, post, door to door etc.).Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.Working with external design agencies and graphic designers.Provide relevant advice for product mix, pricing, promotion and selling and distribution of company's services.About You To be successful in this role you should possess following skills and abilities:Have a strong customer service focus.Are highly motivated, enthusiastic and proactive.Have a pleasant phone manner.Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.Must be excellent at negotiations with other stakeholders of the company.Able to communicate and professionally and effectively with prospective clients (residential, business and government agencies).Have strong organisational and self-management skills.an energetic and enthusiastic team player.Be versatile?with?an ability to adapt to changing working?conditions.Mentally and physically extremely strong and confident."Hands-on approach" and "can-do" attitude is essential.be able to understand key business objectives and realise them through a well thought out, well implemented approach to marketing and communications.Qualifications and ExperienceMandatory:Higher educational qualifications in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field.Mandatory:Experience in a marketing or communications related role.Mandatory:Computer literacy in at least Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), online booking platforms, etc.Desirable:Experience working with CMS platforms including WordPress.Desirable:Desktop publishing experience utilising software including but not limited to Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.About The Techno SolarWe are motivated and dedicated work forces at Techno Solar are committed to provide excellent quality solar power system with best customer service to remain market leader.Our objective is to provide low cost environmentally friendly and innovative form of electrical energy to residential and commercial consumers though highly efficient and cost effective energy generating systems.
