We value and appreciate our staff and understand the key to success is with good people who are happy.The roleThe solar energy industry is booming and as products are services progress, IT becomes more relevant. Our current team is stretched, and we need a reliable person who has strong IT skills to come and assist customers and admin staff with support. The outline of the role is as followsHelping customers with solar related issues such asconnecting solar inverters to home Wi-Fi, helping troubleshoot solar related issues by liaising with customers, existing technical staff and electricians, helping customers understand how their solar works and helping them understand their power bills. Organising and managing our customer support desk and making sure customers with outstanding queries are not forgotten about. Assisting the current admin team with daily talks such as submitting online solar rebates, loading documents into online software such as Xero, completing warranty paperwork and general customer care. Updating Zoho CRM backend and helping staff with IT related queries We are looking for a team player who wants to take ownership of this role and grow with GI Energy.You'll be working with friendly helpful staff with the backing of a thriving office environment.The ideal personYou must have strong IT skills. We will teach you all the solar related skills you need but understanding Wi-Fi connections and how to trouble shoot IT related queries is imperative. You will have strong organisation skills. There will be a lot of back and forth between customers, electricians and other GI staff. You will care about our customers and the job you do for them. We treat our paying customers like they are family and you will be expected to do the same. Experience with coding is beneficial but not essentialExperience with WordPress is beneficial but not essentialYou are hard workingYou have strong motivationYou are a good team playerYou have excellent English language skills and are a good communicatorWe have an for this role.
