A exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and energetic Chef and Cook to join our friendly team in Goomeri QLD.The successful applicant will:Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine.Presentation skills.Creative and skills in menu preparation, design.Ability to handle large service numbers and ensure quality of the food prepared.Assist storage and ordering.Train and manage junior cooks and kitchen staff.Achieving all safety, hygiene and food qualityChefs should be able to manage daily production planning, costing and control kitchen operations in addition to above.To be considered for the position you must possess the following:At least 2 years' experience in a similar roleCert lll or similar qualificationAbility to excel in a high volume, high pressure environmentProactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industryPossess effective communication skillsIf you think you meet the above criteria, please .
