About the Position

Our client, based in Toolara, are looking for an experienced Process Operator to join their team focused environment. The details and requirements of the role are detailed below.

Process Operator (Team MDF)

Position Details:-
  • Work area - Team MDF
  • ShiftWork - 12hr shifts (5:45 - 17:45 or 17:45 - 5:45)
  • 12hr shifts (which would include day shift, night shift during the week and week-ends)
  • Term of position - asap (as required to cover leave arrangements and additional work)
  • This position will work within a crew environment


Skills / Attributes required:
  • Manufacturing background (if possible)
  • Forklift ticket (preferable)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sound computer skills
  • Displays a high standard of safety awareness
  • Strong work ethic (ie. reliable, punctual)
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Sound communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Fault Finding skills (is possible)
  • Ability to work as part of a small team
  • Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated

The successful applicant will posses the following:

  • Ability to plan and organise work
  • Ability to participate and when required lead toolbox meetings
  • Fantastic work ethic
  • Looking to establish a career within the industry
  • Availabilty to commenece ASAP
